The Weyyakin subdivision has very strict building requirements that necessitated the completion of this 3,000 sq ft home, including a 500 sq ft addition, in less than 3 months. The project scope encompassed a new kitchen, renovation of 3 existing bathrooms, an additional bathroom and the replacement of all plumbing, electrical and mechanical fixtures. With the high level of fine finishes and extremely tight deadlines, this home was completed on time and budget.
